We've covered almost everything about 90210 so far. On the eve of the series premiere, there's little any fan could wanna know about the show that can't be found among our news, photos and spoilers sections.

But TV Guide has published a new feature that poses numerous questions and answers regarding the new 90210. Again, we've covered most of the topics already on our site - but here are a couple excerpts from the article that sheds new light on the most anticipated show of the season.

Doesn't Josh Schwartz (Gossip Girl, The O.C.) have this beat covered?
Nobody will deny Schwartz's talent for tapping into the teen zeitgeist, but 90210 has its own secret weapons in the form of co-executive producers Jeff Judah and Gabe Sachs. This talented pair also co-produced Judd Apatow's critically loved Freaks and Geeks, which was an unorthodox, unflinchingly honest look on the abject cruelty of one's high school years. Plus, it was smart, well-scripted, and very funny. Who better to ensure that the new show's cheese levels remain under control? Because, let's face it, at times the original's earnestness reeked of Velveeta.

Who will our favorite character be?
After watching Jessica Walter tear up the scenery on Arrested Development, we just know that any scene with the melodramatic (and hopefully drunk!) Tabitha Wilson (pictured below) is going to be a little slice of trash-TV heaven. In the fantasy 90210 of our dreams, Tabitha is some delicious hybrid of Piper Laurie as Sissy Spacek's Bible-thumpin' nutjob mama in Carrie and Joan Collins' from Dynasty. Dirty pillows... and shoulder pads!

With just days to go before the wildly-anticipated series premiere of 90210 - and remember to visit us afterwords for a detailed and fun episode summary, complete with 90210 quotes and pics and more! - the show's stars are everywhere.

In the last week alone, they're graced the covers of Entertainment Weekly and Us Weekly. Now? It's TV Guide's turn.

We know it's early.

We know the new 90210 hasn't even aired yet.

Still, just because you haven't gotten to know the latest breed of West Beverly students doesn't mean you can't stare at them.

Is Luke Perry returning to 90210?

Now that Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth are officially on board, attention has turned to the possible reprisal of Dylan McKay by the aforementioned actor.

Almost as quickly as these rumors gained momentum, though, they've been shot by Perry's spokesperson, Arnold Robinson:

"This story is not true. Luke is not appearing on the show."

So, there you have it.

The actor initially explained his decision to not take part in the new 90210 by saying: "I can't re-imagine it currently. It's just not something that I've thought about to be quite honest, I don't see it happening."

Let's hope this is just a plot for more money and that the return of Dylan McKay hasn't truly been eliminated as an option.

Stars young and old - from Shannen Doherty to Tristan Wilds - came out for The CW's 90210 premiere party last night.

During a recent interview with 90210 executive producer Gabe Sachs, USA Today for the insider to dish about the casting of various actors for various parts on the show. Here are excerpts:

On Shenae Grimes (Annie Wilson): Sachs and fellow executive producer Jeff Judah had seen Wilson’s work “and knew she had the acting chops. But she did a dramatic scene for us and it just killed. She can act, she’s beautiful, and she can give this sweet cuteness (that lets us see) through her eyes into this world.

On Tristan Wilds (pictured, Dixon Wilson): “We were huge fans of The Wire and huge fans of Tristan. … We said if we could ever get Tristan onto our show, it would be amazing.”

On Dustin Milligan (Ethan Ward): “Dustin is really funny. That’s something you don’t know when you’re meeting them and working with them for the first time. Then you see this and say, ‘We have to write to that.’”

On Ryan Eggold (Ryan Matthews): Eggold “is such a sophisticated actor, and he’s also very funny. He plays a great mix between a teacher and a real guy in this world. Every time he’s on the screen, people are going to go, ‘Wow!’”

Tori Spelling may not be reprising Donna Martin on 90210.

But Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty, as Kelly Taylor and Brenda Walsh, respectively, are officially back in the zip code that made them famous. You can even see them in action, briefly, in a new 90210 promo.

WHO ARE YOU MORE EXCITED TO SEE ON 90210, BRENDA OR KELLY?

Kelly Taylor and Brenda Walsh really are returning to 90210.

We reported this awhile ago, of course, but anyone having doubts about the exciting news simply has to watch the video below. It's the show's first promo to feature shots of the characters.

Near the end, Kelly tells new principal Harry Mills (Rob Estes): "You know how kids in Beverly Hills are."

We know how at least two of them are, Kel. And we can't wait to watch them in action again!

Kelly and Brenda are rumored to be fighting over a guy not named Dylan McKay on the series. Reports have said these two will both vie for the attention of teacher Ryan Matthews (Ryan Eggold).

During the days of Beverly Hills 90210, if you drank under the age of 21, you got alcohol poisoning (glad you're okay, Steve's step brothers).

The first time you had sex, you got a pregnancy scare (tough one there, Brenda).

With that in mind, the producers of 90210 are aware that many expect the same, cheesy, Public Service Announcement-like story lines on the new series. But that would be a false expectation says co-executive producer Gabe Sachs.

"Look, we're not stupid," Sachs told CNN. "We know people are probably expecting a cheese fest and that's just not what we do."

Without knocking the original show, Sachs said he and partner Jeff Judah have something new in mind.

"The truth is, Jeff and I write how we write," he said. "Everything's got to come out of real emotion. We want to deal with issues and show consequences, but not the issue of the week and pound you over the head."

The young stars are happy about that. They're also fearful of the fame that awaits them.

"Things can take a turn, and you can get a big head, or get jaded," said Jessica Stroup. "The next two weeks, we're going to be unveiling more and more ads and everybody that we talk to is saying, 'Get ready, get ready.' And we're all like, 'Where are we going to hide?"'
